Personal information processing and protection policy
"WOLLY" LLC (S/C 405424580) controls the personal data of users through a personal data protection officer.
For the purposes of this policy, the term "we" refers to the owner of the application, WOLLY LLC, established under the laws of Georgia.

2. Purpose of personal information processing
We collect and process personal information to connect customers and craftsmen and to fulfill customer’s orders more efficiently.
We share the geolocation marked by the client on the platform with the cleaning specialist so that the latter can easily determine the client's location. Geolocation data is collected only at the stage when the WOLLY application asks the client to indicate his location, and the collection of such data is stopped immediately after the WOLLY application is turned off.
We may use the geolocation data to address the quality of service issues related to the customer's address.
We use contact information to inform users of the news introduced in the WOLLY application.
Your first name, last name, phone number and email address will be used to communicate with you.
We will collect information about the customer’s payment details on behalf of the cleaning specialists.
Customer support data is collected by us periodically and stored for the purpose of resolving disputes and quality issues.
3. Legal basis for personal information processing
Personal data is processed for the user by the company in order to use the platform. We collect and process personal data provided by users in the process of installing and using the WOLLY application. A prerequisite for the use of the WOLLY application by the user is the agreement to the terms and conditions and the personal data processing policy.
Processing of personal data is also permitted on the basis of legitimate interests, for example to investigate and detect fraudulent payments.
4. Transfer of personal information to third parties
The client's personal data is transferred only to the cleaning specialist who has activated the application. In such a case, the data transmitted is the customer's first and last name and the order address.
The cleaning specialist will have access to the client's name and contact information to communicate between them within 48 hours of service. This is important for solving problematic issues related to service provision.
The client's assessment of the craftsmen is anonymous and the cleaning specialist has no way of identifying the client making the assessment.
Depending on the client's location, it is possible to transfer his/her personal data to "WOLLY" group companies and partners (local subsidiaries, representatives, related parties, agents, etc.). "WOLLY" group companies and partners process data in accordance with the conditions defined by this policy.
5. Access to personal data and its security
Personal data collected during the service is transferred to and stored by Zone Media Ltd. and/or in data centers of Amazon Web Services, Inc. located in the territory of the member states of the European Union. Only authorized persons of WOLLY group companies and partners have access to personal data and only for the purpose of such data being used to resolve problematic issues related to the service (including issues related to the service provided by the craftsman).
For research purposes, data is used in a non-identifying format, in an anonymous form.
6. Access to personal data and its correction/update
You have permanent access to your personal data through the application and can update it as needed.
7. Storage of personal data
Your personal data will be stored by us as long as your account is active. Upon deactivation of your account, personal data will be deleted in accordance with the rules set forth in this section, unless it is necessary to retain such data for accounting, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention purposes.
Financial data about services provided to customers will be stored for 3 years after the last order was placed.
Data required for accounting purposes will be stored for 7 years after the last order was placed.
In case the elements of a criminal offense, fraud or misrepresentation are suspected, the data will be stored for a period of 10 years.
In case of settling disputes, the data will be kept until the settlement of the dispute or according to its statute of limitations.
Order history will be stored for 3 years, after which the data becomes anonymous.
Note that uninstalling the app does not delete your personal data.
If the app has not been used for 3 years, we will contact you and ask you to confirm that the account is still active. If we do not receive a response from you, the account will be closed and personal data will be deleted, unless it is necessary to retain such data for accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention purposes.
8. Deleting personal data
Note that any request for us to delete your personal data is only possible if we delete your account. As a result, you will not be able to use the application with a deleted account.
We will respond to any request by e-mail to delete your personal data within one month and indicate the deadline for deleting such data.
9. Transfer of personal data
We will respond to any request to transfer your personal data by e-mail within one month and indicate the date of transfer of such data. After we verify the customer, we will provide you with your personal data, which includes: contact information, history of the past 3 years and payment information.
10. Direct marketing
We will use your email address and/or phone number for direct marketing purposes if you give us permission to do so through the application. We may personalize marketing messages based on information about how you use WOLLY's services (frequency of use, orders, billing).
If you no longer wish to receive marketing messages, please follow the “Unsubscribe” link at the end of our email or in the profile box of the WOLLY app.
11. Resolution of disputes
Disputes related to personal data will be resolved by the customer support department (info@wolly.ge.).
